Practical Based Learning

This is the first blog entry after I have started working in an industry-leading company in Australia. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to observe and learn their business practices. This allows me to analyse their practices by using wide range of theories in different areas. These areas are Human Resource Management, Marketing, Corporate Innovation, Client Relationship, Organisational Change and Strategic Planning. It is very important to note that these areas are closely relate to each other.

Of course, there are other important areas: Accounting, Financial, Information Technology, Engineering, Quality Control and Logistic, which I am not able to obtain enough data to analyse their practices.

Short reflection entries will be provide regularly into these 6 core areas. I hope that readers can relate their own experience to these reflection entries. Most importantly, please provide their ideas and comments to contribute the whole learning experience.
